A bit of a walk from the station with heavy bags.

The room was nice and warm, staff friendly!

No sign about the hotel, we were looking for it for a long time, should be big sign which you can see from a long distance. Also, they were going to take a copy of credit card when checking-in, which is not secure... Never have heard hotels taking copies of credit cards, we left cash deposit instead of copy of credit card

The location is great for me, new renovation is nice, staff friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had was that the connecting door to the next room allowed every sound from the next room to be heard. This kept me awake too much, I could not sleep well.

Very clean rooms, nice design, great location, great staff, especially the lovely Maya at the reception .. I enjoyed my stay ....

Single room very small, and very noisy .. I could hear the people next door very clearly .. Other rooms were excellent ....

The room is quite small, but overall is great.

The rooms were very airy and clean. We had a street view room of the most popular shopping street in Amsterdam, voted 2years in a row, it was a nice view and there was no noise despite having surrounding bars and cafés. There were black out certains, this was great as the room was quite bright otherwise. There were tea/coffee making facilities, with bottled water. Maps and wifi access were provided on arrival, along with a booklet with attraction and location information. The bathroom was really great, clean and the shower was lovely. Lots of room and loads of clean fluffy towels. There were bathrobes available and had soap/shampoo/moisturiser products available, which were replenished when neccessary. The artwork was unusual, but fitted in well with the rest of the hotel. The hotel staff, were very pleasant and approachable, anything we needed to know or enquired about, they had the answer, they always asked how we were and if we were enjoying ourselves, they also made sure the room was okay and met our standards. The Art Dulac bar, was lovely, again bar staff were great, the decor was really unsual and nice atmosphere, music was good. The location was was brilliant, not far from anything, about a 5 min walk from Centraal Station, and about 15, at most, if not less, from Leidseplein and Rembrandt Square. There is nothing I can find wrong with this hotel, everything was great, and met our standards perfectly.

Newly renovated and good location in Amsterdam.

While it is quiet from the outside, you can hear all activity inside the hotel. You hear conversations in next room. Definitely needs some sound proofing measures.

A good place to stay in very well located but not so crowded Amsterdam. At night was quiet enough to have a good night sleep and the beds and pillows are very confy.

Not having a fridge in the room, but this is a minor thing overall.

Hotel is close to the Amsterdam Central station. Our room was clean, the bathroom well designed, towels and beds were new and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. We recommend.

Enjoyed the convenience of the location, excellent reception hosts, and spacious rooms The wall murals in the staircase were very colorful and interesting. Would definitely select this hotel on another visit.

The room could have had an additional mirror in the main area. There was only one mirror in the bathroom.

The quality of bathrobe and towels is excellent ! The quality of the bed worth a 5 star hotel ( I have seen 5 star hotels with beds not as good as this one ) Nice modern furniture, bathroom with stone shower. I had booked 2 rooms but needed only one, even if the conditions of cancellation via Booked.net would have cost me a night I cancelled directly with the hotel in less then 24h notice and they did not charge me ! Very quiet at night, 10 minutes walking from the central train station, excellent situation for a short stay or work. This is a no- brainer, I will definitely stay there next time. Close to perfect for this category

Noise insulation is poor, no double glass windows, but the night was very quiet and customers are encouraged to respect "quiet hours" after 10pm. Even though I was on the street there was no noise at all until 7 something. Lobby rather small. Room small too but cosy with a huge bathroom.

Young staff members were very helpful, and a waiter who was there for breakfast was excellent. Nice selection of teas and good breakfast.

Wifi didn't work on a Sunday the whole day. The room is very small, and doesn't have any space to sit. There is quite a bit of street noise at night.

Close to shopping area. Freindly staff.

No soundproof at all. We can clearly hear what is going on in next door. Noise from the street was also annoying. The room is too small. Definitely not a right choice for a family with kids.
